Saving the world is a family affair for Ocean Robbins. His father founded the environmental group, EarthSave and inspired millions with his international best-selling book, Diet for a New America. Socially conscious at an early age, Ocean organized a peace rally at his school at 7, started his own organic business at 10, facilitated the environmental portion of an international youth summit at 14 and at 16 helped create YES! Youth for Environmental Sanity. YES! has since reached more than ½ million people with over 1200 school assemblies designed to inspire young people to make a difference. YES! has also coordinated 83 Youth Jams! to empower youth leaders in more than 55 countries. Ocean runs YES! with his wife Michele, who was also a youth activist with Volunteers for Peace before she joined YES!
